He is well known as a highly respected authority on peak performance for teens, CEO’s, coaches and elite athletes from the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. He has appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and was recently a guest on the Oprah Winfrey XM radio show. Jim has also been the Key Note speaker for the San Diego Rotary Leadership Program for High School Seniors over the past several years. Jim has produced four programs for teens about skills for success with the current edition; 10 Steps to Success for Teens” which has made a difference among thousands of teens across America. Jim’s topic: “The Power of Personal Development – Attracting More of What You Want”.
