For Google Calendar

To add our event information to your Google calendar:

• In the 'Other Calendars' section to the left of your calendar, click on the 'Add' link.
• Select 'Add by URL'.
• Copy the below URL and paste it into the space for 'Public Calendar Address'.
• Click the 'Add' button.

For Outlook Calendar

You will be prompted to open the .ics file with "Micrsoft Office Outlook". Click on the 'OK' button to do so. Microsoft Office Outlook should open (if not already open) and add the event to your calendar.
